Delivery preference

Elect how we handle your work once completed

By default, when a job is completed, we dispatch your printing via our Standard Delivery Service.

If you would prefer this not to happen, either talk to the team, or go ahead and set your delivery preference in our system.

Set your delivery preference

Using the link below, you will be able to elect for us to, once your work is completed, to either notify you via email and hold, or to dispatch straight away.

Delivery preferences can be set by following this link.

Additionally, you can opt to be notified the day before your work is estimated to be completed. Please refer to our caution about estimated due dates below.

Job specific custom instructions

If, during the course of establishing a job in our system, you have relayed specific instructions on what you would like us to do once your job is complete, they will always supersede any default preferences you have in our system.

Other delivery options

We do our best to ensure that we make printing with us as easy as possible for you.

Prefer to pickup? Ensure you have set your delivery preference to notify only. Alternatively, if you would just like to pick up on this one occasion, you can let the team know directly.

Prefer to use your own courier? Ensure you have set your delivery preference to notify only and chat to the team to make arrangements.

Prefer to use a faster delivery service? While we provide a standard delivery service at no additional cost, in the case of express delivery options, we quote this on a case by case basis. Ensure you have set your delivery preference to notify only and chat to the team asap prior to your work being completed to make arrangements.

Estimated due dates.

Please note, that while we make every attempt to adhere to every estimated due date (completion date), from time to time, we may choose to delay dispatch in order to rectify a fault or quality issue. Our priority is always to ensure your work is completed to our high standard of quality.
