Use it or lose it! Unfortunately, once an image is saved down to a lower resolution or quality format, the detail that is lost in that conversion, will never come back.
It is impossible to recreate that detail by resaving the file back to a high resolution.
We always recommend submitting your artwork at full resolution for best results.
Even saving your file into different colour formats, such as .jpg and gif can degrade the detail in colour and resolution.
