White Label Print is a trade portal for resellers who need access to custom adhesive print products such as stickers, labels, and decals at trade pricing. It is designed to make ordering simpler and faster, with support available primarily by live chat or email when needed.
The portal is for approved trade users, resellers, and businesses ordering on behalf of their own customers. It is best suited to users who want a reliable print partner for repeat or straightforward adhesive print work and are comfortable pricing and placing jobs through the portal themselves, with support available via live chat or email when needed.
Yes. This portal is strictly for trade and reseller use. It is set up for users who are purchasing print products for resale or client supply.
You can apply for an account online at www.whitelabelprint.com.au by completing the account application form, or contact team@whitelabelprint.com.au. Once approved, we will send your login details along with a startup pack that includes samples and a cheat sheet guide to our products.
The portal is intended for adhesive print products including labels, stickers, and decals, with customisable options for size, shape, materials, and ink. Product availability will expand over time as more options are added.
Yes. The portal is built using simple language, easy to follow choices, and in-portal prompts. It is still best suited to users who are comfortable making decisions through the portal and placing jobs in a more self-directed way. If you need help while ordering, support is available via live chat or email from your Support screen.
You do not need to be a high-volume user to use the portal. It can be used for one-off jobs as well as repeat orders. There are no spend commitments, lock-in contracts, setup fees, or usage penalties.
Yes. The portal is intended to support flexible ordering, especially short run work. While some products do have minimum quantities, these are mainly there to cover basic admin and delivery costs.
Yes. The portal is intended to provide trade pricing for approved users only.
Pricing is generated from the job details you enter, including product type, size, quantity, material, finish, and the number of artwork variants. Different combinations will affect the final price.
The portal does not currently offer a formal saved quote system. Pricing is generated live based on the job details entered at the time.
However, jobs can be built, priced, named, and left in the cart until you are ready to submit them. This gives you a practical way to hold work and return to it later, even though it is not a formal quote workflow.
If you need more certainty before placing an order, price increases will be announced at least one month before they take effect via your Support screen. Promotional pricing may appear from time to time without notice, but where a promotion is offered it will always show a stated end date.
Portal pricing reflects the current settings and product selections at the time you view it. If a job remains in your cart while waiting for approval, the pricing should still be checked again before submission in case any product details, promotions, or pricing conditions have changed.
Price increases will be announced at least one month before they take effect via your Support screen. Promotional pricing may appear from time to time without notice, but where a promotion is offered it will always show a stated end date.
Portal pricing is live at the time of submission. If a job is delayed, left in the cart, or changed after you first price it, the current portal price at the time of ordering will apply unless otherwise confirmed in writing.
Pricing is based on the size, quantity, material options, finish options, and the number of artwork variants.
Most products have either no minimum or a low minimum area requirement. Where minimums do apply, they are mainly there to cover basic admin and setup.
Yes. Once an item has been printed, that exact job can be reordered at the same price for 12 months. After that, pricing may be reviewed and adjusted if material costs have changed.
Yes. If your job does not fit neatly within the portal options, contact the team via live chat or email from your Support screen and we can help you work out the best path.
The portal is designed around live pricing and a fast ordering workflow rather than a formal quote management system. That helps keep the process more efficient for repeat trade users and is part of how White Label Print is able to offer sharper portal pricing.
Jobs can still be built, priced, named, and left in the cart until you are ready to proceed, which gives you a practical way to hold work pending approval. For repeat work, once a job has been printed, the reorder price is then locked for 12 months.
If your normal workflow involves multiple quote revisions, longer approval chains, or more detailed advice before ordering, Brand Industry Services may be the better fit for that style of work.
Preferred file types include print-ready PDF, packaged AI, EPS, and other high-quality artwork formats. Vector artwork is preferred where available.
If that is not available, upload the artwork you do have along with any notes we need in order to proceed. Where practical, we will resolve minor issues as part of our prepress service. We will send a soft PDF proof for approval on all new artwork.
Your artwork should be set up to the correct size, with suitable bleed where needed, and at a quality that will reproduce cleanly. If you are unsure, upload the artwork you do have along with any notes we need to proceed with your print. Where practical, we will resolve minor issues as part of our prepress service. A soft PDF proof will be sent for approval on all new artwork.
If there is an issue with your file, we will contact you before production proceeds. Minor issues may be corrected in house where practical. If the file requires more substantial work, we will let you know and advise any additional cost before proceeding.
In most cases, yes. Bleed is required where any part of the graphic is intended to print right to the edge of the finished product. Bleed helps avoid unwanted white edges and improves final trimming accuracy.
Artwork should be supplied at a high enough resolution for the final print size. Raster files should be clear and sharp at the size they will be printed.
Yes. Vector artwork is generally preferred where available because it scales cleanly and supports sharper results.
Yes, especially if the job includes multiple parts or supporting files. To upload multiple files, first zip the files into one package.
Possibly. We can review what you have and let you know whether it is usable, needs adjustment, or requires a cleaner file. Where practical, we will resolve minor issues on the fly. If the file requires more involved work and you do not have access to a better version, we can advise an additional in-house artwork fee before proceeding.
Yes. If you have multiple versions of artwork using the same ink, material, cut, and finish, this option is available in most products. Look for the prompt within the product options to print multiple variants.
Yes. Visit Print Something New > Essentials Range > Variable Data to submit the job. Clean, organised source data will be important for accurate production.
In production terms, these products often overlap, but the term used usually reflects how the item will be applied or used, rather than the materials or finishes to use.
As a general guide, a sticker can be applied almost anywhere, a label usually relates directly to the product or surface it is being applied to, and a decal often refers to product, plant, or equipment identification or instruction. If you are unsure, use the search field in the portal to look up descriptive terms and review the products we recommend.
The right material depends on where the item will be used, how long it needs to last, what surface it is being applied to, and whether it needs to resist weather, chemicals, handling, or cleaning.
Use the portal search field to look up descriptive terms for the item you want to print and review the recommended product options. The products themselves are also descriptively and practically named to give you as much guidance as possible. You can also refer to the cheat sheet in your startup kit. If you are still unsure, support is available via live chat or email from your Support screen.
The portal search field is designed to help guide product selection. You can type in general item terms such as service sticker, product label, safety decal, or other plain language descriptions to view the products we recommend for that use.
The more closely your search describes the job, the more useful the suggested product options will be.
Outdoor applications generally need more durable materials, suitable adhesives, and weather resistant finishes. From Print Something > Something New, select Outdoor to view the full range of relevant options.

Yes. If you are unsure which product, material, or finish is best, support is available via live chat or email from your Support screen. You can also try searching for the item you want to print in the portal search field and review the recommended options available.
Select the product you need, enter the job details, upload your artwork if required, review the pricing, and complete the order through the portal.
After submission, your order will move into review and production. If anything needs clarification before printing, our team will contact you. During review, production, and dispatch, the portal will reflect the current job status as it moves through the system.

Cancellations may be possible before production begins, but once work is underway there may be limits. Contact the team immediately via live chat or email from your Support screen if you need to stop a job.
Yes. Jobs can remain in your cart and only the items you want to proceed with need to be selected at checkout. This gives you a practical way to build and hold work until you are ready to submit it.
If you need more support with a custom job, use live chat or email from your Support screen.
Yes. Jobs printed through the portal will become available in Print Something > Something Again. Prices on past work will be locked for 12 months, then reviewed and adjusted if required to reflect material cost changes only.
Yes. As a reseller, you may place orders for different end customers. It is important to keep your own references clear so each job is easy to track. If you would like print sent directly to your end customer with no branding, you can enter the custom delivery details at the time of ordering.
The portal is best suited to standard or repeat adhesive print work where you are comfortable selecting options, uploading artwork, and ordering independently. It is particularly well suited to work where live trade pricing, custom options, and an efficient portal workflow matter most, even if the final order is submitted later from the cart. It covers a broad range of labels, stickers, decals, papers, PP films, vinyls, and related adhesive print products.
Turnaround times depend on the product, quantity, finishing, and production schedule. Most standard jobs are completed within 2 to 3 working days from artwork signoff, depending on product and production load. Once a job enters production, you will be able to view the current ETA from Production > Orders.
All White Label Print jobs are treated as a priority within our normal production workflow. If you need a specific time frame commitment, guaranteed scheduling, or a more hands-on service approach, we recommend working directly with Brand Industry Services.

White Label Print is designed as a more self-directed trade portal, which is part of how pricing stays sharp. Support is still available whenever needed, primarily via live chat and email from within the portal.
This works best for users who are comfortable choosing products, uploading artwork, reviewing pricing, and placing orders through the portal themselves. If you need a more hands-on, one-to-one service model, that remains available separately through Brand Industry Services.
Yes. The service is intended to support resellers who want a trade supply partner working behind the scenes.
Dispatched print work is supplied without White Label Print branding. Sample packs and cheat sheets are also prepared with minimal branding. The main place branding may appear is in direct notifications or updates sent to you as the trade account holder.
While the portal is supported operationally by Brand Industry Services, it is designed to protect the reseller relationship and remain behind the scenes.
Yes. The service is intended to support reseller relationships, not compete with them.
Not unless you specifically ask us to. The normal expectation is that we support you as the reseller.

Yes. Reseller and customer information is handled professionally and confidentially. We will not share your pricing, artwork, or customer information with another supplier or use it for marketing.
